Maisie Gray

Hi, I’m Maisie. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, where my research focused on nutrition strategies for ultra-endurance events in Arctic conditions. Alongside my day job as a Physiotherapist, I now specialise in nutrition and hydration for ultramarathons, with a particular interest in how different climates affect performance.

With qualifications in Physiotherapy and Sports Massage, I have supported athletes at ultramarathon events across the UK and internationally. I’m excited to be joining you in Tunisia as part of the therapy team!
